The base of this table is constructed from solid Eastern Cherry. The top is highly figured Tiger Maple from the Northwest. The legs have a reverse taper on two sides - narrow at the top, wide at the bottom. The panes on the front are backed with a deep red art glass.
Arts & Crafts Style Hall table.
Variations on this design could be a sofa table, end and/or coffee table, night stands, or a small writing desk. In a wide version such as a writing desk, a small drawer could be incorporated on the working side.
